★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worthless visit to this place. Staff is so slow and shows no interest in people coming for there meals. Even the manager is very slow. Even though I went in afternoon for lunch hardly one person was there for lunch still they were too lame. No napkins no quarter plates . Wasted my time n money . This chain is going nowhere . First bad experience with couyry inn n now this. Horrible food no taste no flavours boring ambience . It's not a mood enhance r place but a mood destroying place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing ambience and scrumptious food. Essence is a perfect place to have lunch and dinner with your friends, family and collegues. The prices are very reasonable. I love their dinner buffet, huge spread of delicious delicacies and lip smacking food.
The staff is polite and really professional. They make you feel like home and serves the way you want your food. Highly recommended for family dinner and kitty parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park Plaza is a name to reckon even among Five star hotels. This one is no less and the restaurant Essence is a spacious area that serves buffet meals and also a-la-carte options.
I have tried this place multiple times and have never been disappointed. The variety is amazing and the taste of the food is delectable.
The place comes up with a food festival every few months that is sure to tickle your taste buds. This is one place that will never disappoint you. Another great point is the fact that this place is not overpriced like most five star properties. This is decently priced and very affordable. The chefs put in their best to get the choicest and tastiest of food on the plate and that is majorly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience, nice and quite space with good seating. Clean and hygienic especially in adieu of the pandemic. The service is excellent, polite and gentle staff. The Indian food is great and their rasmalai is to die for. Rates are genuine with food being served in more than sufficient quantity. Overall a very pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ However, service is excellent and so in arrangements but food is average. Only Indian food is good but Continental and desserts are disappointing for their level otherwise average. Good buffet deal available online on Goibibo, nearbuy, etc. so good deal for groups but not for special family dinner.
