★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place (Sushma Infinium)is not at all well maintained and to top it on, no professional attributes in their staff to cater to their customers. Moreover, the A.C doesn't work during scorching summers. If asked/complained for the same, its just that you are talking to deaf ears. Their attitude for providing services is condemnable.
Unmanaged & Pathetic female washrooms too which has been brought to their notice however all in vain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst maintained facility in Tricity run by goons who attacks and give threats when you ask for basic amenities like cleanliness, electricity, AC. This is clearly one of the reason why this building is almost empty even after so many years. They do not have even PSPCL Electricity connection till date and so called maintenance (pathetic) is done by few hooligans who are patronised by builder to suppress any issue raised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a good place at all for Business purpose as they fail to provide even the bare minimum amenities as they promise. I am going to mention some of the key points for other to refer before buying/ renting the space here at SUSHMA INFINIUM zirakpur.
1. AC's are not working properly .
2. Washrooms are not clean at all. Water is dirty and stinky.
3. Staircases are full of trash.Specially near the chocolate Room factory.
4. GM of zirakpur branch is a goon who will threat you if you tell him any concern instead of solution.
5. They would not even respond to your the emails on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst working space and not responsive while initiating any complain regarding infrastructure disputes. When we are going to arguing about the same, then owner of sushma Infinum try to physical attack on our CEO. I just shared me and my company experience about Sushma Infinium building.... Please investigate properly before taking lease of working space at the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to run your business. Following are the shortcomings:-
1. Poor architecture of the building. (Looks nice and spacious from outside only)
2. Small washrooms. Single washroom on one floor. 3BHK flats has more carpet area for washroom as compared to washrooms in this building. Thanks God they have provided separate washroom for Men and Women instead of thinking of cost cutting here
3. Parking problem.v90% of the building is unoccupied, still parking is an problem.
4. Poor Housekeeping :- washrooms are always stinking and sometime overflowing. Now a days bus stand and railway station washroom are more cleaner than washrooms in Sushma Infinia.
5. Poor Maintenance :- pipe bursts resulting into rain in office. AC not working. Power failure. Only snake ? are left to be seen roaming in office, otherwise we have seen everything.
6. Mafai Raz and Gundagardi. One they sell you the property, you are on mercy of them. You can't raise your voice regarding any wrongdoing, otherwise pet Gunda's are there to silence you. In fact Gunda party comes earlier than maintinance staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such builders are one the major factor why Punjab couldn't be the IT hub.
If you have any complaint regarding their services, then instead of listening they come up with bouncers and start threatening the employees and senior authorities.
They can pull anybody out from the office, they can do anything at that time as nobody is there to stop them.
The govt of Punjab should identify such elements and should take necessary action against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's state facts here, in future once this project gets more occupied let's say even 50% gets occupied then this building would start stinking, let me tell you why. Lack of washrooms, there are more than 60 office units on a floor and just 1 small washroom. In the retail space they have given the shops for restaurants but no exhaust space the shops have ruined the outside of building. Also there is severe lack of washrooms in retail area as well.

But unfortunately, they tested our patience to the max extent, be it washroom cleanliness, Lift, Stairs, AC and other maintenance things. Everything is under-looked here. Even, once there was an incident of theft by their one of the female employee. Investment here is all waste. Its an honest review. Think once again, don't be fool.
