★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ew. The whole area is just large buildings built in hurry and left abandoned for years.
The parking is spacious but is definitely a crime scene from horror movies. There is no light or maintenance and gives you creeps.
The whole area is hella crowded. Only buildings and cars.
Only 4-5 showrooms are working and are good but rest are suffering.
The area looks good on the outside and of course, on the plastic model samples. But the reality is bitter.

The site is well located and is in close proximity with nearby markets, airport, railway station & bus stands. The project is well equipped with modern amenities and has 24x7 security service. Cleanliness & proper maintenance seems to be an issue here.
