★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees exists in their own world and customers are mere annoyance to them. The quality of service is extremely poor. They also have a habit of disconnecting phone if there is an issue with electricity. I do think that power should be handed away from bases or government should make them accountable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High headed and uncooperative staff & officials. Nobody wants to work. Majority of the time officials are not on their seats. Privatisation has not had any effect on these people.
Over & above no one follows COVID appropriate behaviour. Their face masks are either over the chin or they remove the mask while speaking.

BSES claims meter installation in 7 days but it has been 2 months and 5 visits to BSES office and numerous customer care calls but meter is not yet installed. Office staff says JE will approve the request but JE is nowhere to be found in office and not picking calls.
Mu suggestion would be to keep 500rs ready when JE comes for inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pathetic... Now a days in digital and better governance era, still people have to face the rude behaviour of staffs of this CHD.. All staffs who are dealing with customers at ground floor don't know how to speak with customers. They are getting salary to assist us and to help the customers but in reality they are doing zero work and getting full salary... The higher authority must take surprise visit to the CHD as a customer to know how they are behaving with customers
