The person who was at Customer service desk Nitish (spelling might be incorrect) was helpless just sitting there for an argument, The bill was not sent to me for the month of February and i got a notice that I didn’t pay my bill along with March bill .. so i went to BSES office to complain but the customer service person said he can’t help with the previous bill can’t even do meter reading, as it was last month and i should’ve resolved it last month itself, i told him i need a meter reading at first he said that won’t be possible and highlight the month of July and Aug reading was high too, which i told him it was during summer and i used Air conditioner which makes the bill high, and during winter we stopped using Ac and post to summer the bill was actually low as we stopped using ac , as he was into the argument asking me when do we start counting Summer and Winter which was irrelevant in fact after Aug the bill was actually low and how suddenly it comes upto above 600 reading for a month and gone down the next month??? Nitish didn’t just saying we can’t help for the previous month but after a long conversation eventually he said I didn’t tell him that a need a meter check gave me an application form to request a meter reading... THAT WAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH NEEDS TO BE ADRESSED
