★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The procedure of taking connection is pretty smooth. However, the personnel detailed to take the meter reading are highly unprofessional and unsupportive. On top of that, they are very rude. There is no mechanism to raise the complaints against such people. And on basis of their inputs, the electrical connections are often or not disconnected. Funny part is that they would never respond on phone. Ironically, they would like and respond to reviews which give them four or five stars rating in turn indicating that they don't want to improve ever.
