★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called up their contact number for a change in the consumer name following the repurchase of a DDA flat. The staff not only did the needful over the phone but also guided us through the process.
The entire process was complete in a matter of forty hours.
I was surprised (yes, SURPRISED) not only for their cordial behaviour but also their concern when I received a call back from them regarding the new CA number allotted to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I applied for a call back option, I was simply amazed, to receive a call within 30 min - wherein he politely made me understand the process and suggested to visit the Vasant Kunj BSES office. Wherein in a matter of time, the issue got resolved during my visit.

The Officer named Mr. Kabiner Singh Negi had very respectfully and patiently listened our issues and guided us with on spot solutions. He is found very honest, respectful and helpful holding a smiling personality. He certainly deserves 5 full stars for his behavioral attributes and great efficiency scales and skills. Keep up the good work!

He could expedite meter installation by guiding me with correct steps and procedure. I am also thankful to his colleague and the new connection counter representative for the assistance and the guidance provided during this period.
