★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services. Request for name change was made on 12th March 2021 and successfully verified. But to till date Name change was not done. Even no one visited the place for verification. On Portal Status for same order sow " Team Allocation Required". If asked from customer care, division office needs to take action. Call Back request was registered on 13th Oct'21 was I was assured that visit will be done by 18th Oct. 2021. same was not done again call back request was made but closed with any call.
I wish if there is any rating in negative....... Heights of Harassment.........
