★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely irresponsible staff. I had applied for an ECS payment option in August 18; today, in January 19, it is still to be activated. The staff there have no clue or botheration that the same has not been effected; instead they shoo you off if you ask them the reason for the delay. This is the true face of India's progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to say this but this is the truth. Bsnl has gone to the dogs. My landline phone is dead for the last four months. Despite making repeated complaints and making innumerable trips to this office, nothing fruitful, constructive has come out of it. My landline phone is still dead and these bsnl people have the audacity to bill me for a dead phone. When I met the divisional engineer both internal and external, I was told that bsnl does not have the manpower to repair faulty telephone lines. Does bsnl expect the consumers to climb on to the poles to repair the faulty lines? If that is the expectation of the bsnl authorities, then they should say so in clear, unminced words. Why beat about the bush?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My only thelandline is completely dead for more than a month. No effort to resolve the issue. Here not only the employees, the officers also equally inefficient, casual and incapable to manage the issues of the customer. Customers are not given opportunity to surrender services online. No other organisation can be so worst than this.
