★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best vet in kolkata. Dr Rishov is very nice vet and human being. Best vet who sits here. Plz don't go to other vets here ,go to him. His medicines worked like magic for my cat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst pet clinic I have ever visited. The doctor who sits there has absolutely zero love and affection towards pets and no respect and concern for the pet perents. And I am telling this out of my personal experience Wherein I have visited the clinic twice with my recently adopted Garman Shepherd puppy. On my first visit the doctor scared me to the core by citing example of puppy deaths due to the ongoing provo & corona virus and how my puppy is also susceptible to it. The doctor prescribed a whole bunch of medicine and we took all of them naturally because we too got scared. On my second visit which is just after seven days because we were advised by the doctor to get his first vaccination done with them. He again used the same tactics and scared us for a probable corona virus and Provo virus infection and represcribed a new lot of medicine knowing very well that we are still left with the old stock. The doctor made a fool out of us by injecting him puppy Dp vaccine at the age of 48days whereas we later found out that this vaccine is only required bellow the age of 35 days. Not only this he charged us rs 1200 for the vaccine whereas we later found out that the cost was just 600. My uncle who is a renowned veterinary doctor at Bangalore told me that all the medecines he has prescribed is not required for a 48 days old puppy. Corona virus for Canines is not present in Asia. I wish I could have taken his advice earlier before visiting this stupid place. However, it's never too late.All in all I suggest everybody to stay away from paws Avenue and also stay away from this fake doctor named Rishov Bhattacharya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to take our lovable pets for treatment.Dr.Rishov Bhattacharya is indeed a very good doctor.He treats his patients with utmost care.The staffs there are also very polite and always ready to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience. Short staffed. Day care does not provide adequate food and water to babies. They are kept mostly caged and forgotten about. 2 untrained people only handling everything such a waste of money and time... they are only interested in quick business, with absolutely 0 respect for the pets and the parents. Such places must SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY...So that other pet parents do Not endanger the loved ones and get cheated !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best vets in city. Doctor is very much caring and affectionate towards the pets as it should be. I have been visiting here for my pet bunnies for more quite a few years. It's not easy to find a good vet for your exotic pets in Kolkata. And Dr. Risov was indeed a savior in my crucial days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best vet, Dr.Rishov available here, who is very much affectioned towards all the pets and takes proper care of dem.
He has recovered so many pets of mine from the deadly virus with his kind of treatment. I really thank him from the core of my heart and hope he keeps helping my pets in near future aswell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had admitted my cat for sterilisation but after the surgeon cut open her stomach there were cysts with pus and water found in the fallopian tube. My cat might have died in about a week but she was saved by the excellent surgeon and the people working there took great care of her. I am eternally grateful to the surgeon and one lady in particular who works there. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pets are under the treatment of Dr. Rishov since 2020, and thanks to him for his care and treatment that they recovered from such stage where I almost lost hope of their recovery. His treatments and suggestions are so accurate. Recently also was able to save one of my pets from deadly virus under his treatment and thanks to him again that the little one has recovered and is back to its normal life routine. I am really happy and thank full to him.
