They sold me a puppy less 20 days even though the minimum time a puppy should be with its litter is 6- 8 weeks.
I found my puppy's approximate age by visiting the vet.
These guys are total FRAUDSTERS. Nothing you buy from there stores are returnable.
Stay away from this store for puppy purchases.
I got over charged by a lot with respect to market rate.

My dog had an eye infection and i wanted an e collar. They came to my house with 2-3 hours with different collars and even allowed us to test the collar on our dog. They really care. Highly recommend them!

Experience: We put in an initial deposit. To see a male puppy as we had identified in a litter day before.
Expectation was to buy the puppy next day.
After our plans we finalized and we approached the store owner we were notified that the puppy was not yet in the store and had to wait.
We waited from morning over 8 hours.
At this point the store owner brought us a female puppy which was not the same quality by any means and tried to sell us the puppy with out papers. On top of this they were charging us 80% more than the agreed upon price and market rate.
These folks are dubious crooks. Who think they can name their price and steal from the public. This was truely a distressful experience for me and my family.
Store owner goes back on his word after we made advance payments. He should be ashamed of his actions. This store is run by non professionals who dont know the meaning of punctuality or even common decency. I would urge anyone who is trying to buy a puppy to look elsewhere.

This shop charged us ₹20000.00 for a Labrador Retriever. We were recommended this shop from friends of friends but I regret doing business with these fraudsters. I was given a baby that was barely 4 weeks old.
His parents were never shown to us. He has had no immunizations and hes not even a pure breed. We found this after taking our pup to the vet.
The pup was kept in inhumane conditions and malnourished, taken from his mother at a very young age.
This shop LIED to me and created a false HYPE to make profits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incident 1: we ordered Tica light and paid full money right away. Waited 2 months and finally after 2 months of wait we received 1. Used broken Protein skimmer , 2. Used Maxspect light for marine ,3. Used marine rank with cabinet! Meanwhile everyday the owner Soujit Ghosh lied us saying it's on the way.
Incident 2: The owner of HKG Pets , Soujit Ghosh had ordered Rs.5.5lacs worth fishes from IP Discus. We asked for some advance payment, but every time he said it failed. Finally I visited him and got a check after waiting for 7-8 hours, but it got bounced. Again he said he will pay , actually he had never said he won't pay or won't take the fishes. Meanwhile he made up stories like he was chased by police he is screwed up for smuggling case, his phone number is tracked and tapped etc.. A big time liar and fraud. Anyways finally we had the fishes and this irresponsible liar did not even connect us. I spoke to his father as well he initially showed concern and acted like he is talking telling his son to pay the money and close the deal but seems the whole family is fraud and involved in fake business. Never had such experience, whoever visits him , please be very very careful , it's better to avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional shop. No coordination is there. They provide wrong information and are extremely reluctant to clear the confusion. On top of that they harass the customer by not responding furthermore. I am a regular buyer of pet supplies from different store and I have never had such bad experience as this one.
Too bad of a shop. Poor communication and disgusting behaviour.
