1) I went to the shop to purchase Royal Canin puppy food which had an MRP of Rs3400/- on the pck , the shopkeeper here charged Rs 3200. After few days I found out the same food was available for Rs 2900/- in other pet shops.
2) I enquired about a dog collar leash for my 3 months old puppy and instead this person sold me a Collar and leash for Cats, which tore apart as soon as my puppy put pressure on it...
