The price is too much high. Even they told me that for the reason of Covid Lockdown no products sale of this period, So now they sold every product with extra charge for covering the losses.

I am tickled pink by the the warm service provided . Starting from the doctor to the other working staffs , every one was amiable and caring I would recommend that if you want your pet to be cared and under a proper guidance then this clinic is the best

The doctor is a worst doctor, zero experience , no knowledge if ur pet face any new problem .. doctor won't like to listen ur problem. don't even visit with ur beloved pet. ..in these current covid situation go some other place.. otherwise u will lost ur pet like me .

I went to see the doctor who has a chamber here for my baby turtles(PS: The legal species) and the doctor was so humble and generous. Also if you have dog and cat,they have all the medicines and food available. A good centre.

Inexperienced, ignorant doctor. Incorrect treatment Long duration for recovering Caused kidney disease and death Unhiegenic extremely expensive for inferior services. This Dr. Dutta has to be the absolute worst I've ever met. The staff is good, although their prices for services are way too high, they are an absolute rip off, I saved a lot of money by getting a paravet come to my house instead. I had gotten one of my cat's treated by him and he did recover but after 4 different visits for simple diarrhea. It took him 4 visits to finally give the correct medications. But he was the closest and my other most beloved cat had gotten the flu and was in severe condition, under his treatment she did not improve at all, her health kept deteriorating every day, and later when I changed doctors I got to know that the injections being used were very harmful for the kidneys and liver. And I distinctly remember seeing telltale signs of kidney damage like coughing up blood which he blatantly ignored as unimportant, but now I know was a symptom of kidney disease. Her flu was gone under another doctor's treatment but because of the injections given by this doctor (I was spending 2000 rupees everyday here) her kidney disease had already reached stage 4 and died from failure. All that money was wasted and only resulted in the loss of my precious cat. Unless it's something very minor like deworming, vaccinations etc. I would not at all recommend going to this doctor no matter where he's attending. Besides lacking proper knowledge and attentiveness his behaviour is also extremely rude and demeaning. There are much better doctors out there, take the time and effort to take your pets to them. I would also like to add that their hygiene and precaution is not up to par. Because I had to keep going there regularly I saw a lot to make me believe this. They do not clean their patient bed after or before each pet creating high risk of contamination with various diseases. They do not clean and sterilise their equipments or their own hands before commencing any procedure involving needle work . And the needles are left with a group of saline bottles and other needles leaving only the staff's memories as a record of which one belonged to whom. And they will charge fully for services like dressing while barely even doing half the work . Most of the time they don't have most of the equipment required. Like for example their trimmer didn't work so they used a rusted razor, and if that wasn't there either they didn't do it at all. So for applying only betadine and cream (which is something you can do yourself) they will do it for you without ever mentioning it and charge a whopping 300 for it.

Dr. Dutta is extremely unprofessional, rude and probably the worst vet I have come across. His diagnosis is basically guess work and he'll prescribe anything based on assumptions without listening to you and what your pets problems are. He doesn't listen to you. This person should not be handling animals in need of attention.
