★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is unbelievable to have the old ladies face the customers reluctantly in vidyaranyapura customer service desk.
I have to wait for the lady to finish her personal conversations while I'm running late to the office but she doesn't want to care about it.
I have been going to the office repeatedly for last two and half weeks just to get a new landline and broadband connection. Yes, A LANDLINE connection. Seriously, how many people wants landline after all jio disruption in the country? BSNL was supposed to work aggressively to retain customers and a new customer should mean something more than competitors do.
The lady doesn't know the plan I show from bsnl portal, neither she knows what documents to collect.
It was only till I spoke to Gayathri madam, there was some reassurance that bsnl shouldn't be judged only on customer service grounds.
Overall, pathetic customer service and a very disappointing treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad staff. Lazy, slow, least bothered attitude. They don't even try to listen to the customers and they reply very rudely as if i they're doing a fortune favour. I literally waited 5minutes to get a form. The staff truly require communication training. This totally explains why people don't buy bsnl. Its a -5. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful customer care staff polite and courteous was completely satiated with their approach and response. The best part was that one of my bsnl numbers expiry was on the 8th of January 2020 which I wasn't aware of this fact. They told me to recharge post 8th jan as I would be otherwise wasting the 10 days of validity period which is available with me right now. I wish other BSNL centres learn from this centres staff honesty and good behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don’t ever take BSNL broadband service, absolutely no respone at all, the service is extremely bad as there is nobody to report. BSNL is dead for complaints, since they had outsourced Broad band services external agency. It’s Vinutan Enterprises, they have technically incompetent team, there is no professionalism, hopeless services, never respond to calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lodged a complaint for rectifying line and internet problem, three months back. Two service people came but of no use. Finally surrendered both telephone as well as internet link. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service from BSNL Vidyaranyapura. My phone 23640674 is down since 2 months. We have complained multiple times but no action taken. This happens very frequently in a year it works only for 3 to 4 months. But we have been paying the monthly bills promptly even though we are unable to use the phone. Please take necessary action immediately or let us know whom we have to contact to get my problem rectified permanently
