★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Customer Care Centre in Bangalore. The Staff working here are very Well mannered, helpful and Courteous. Whenever we face any problem, they go all out to find a Solution to the issues.
We never return from this Office disappointed. This Office is better than any Other Private Telecom Service Provider Office, where on many occasions I come across ignorant and head long Employees.
In a Nut Shell, Office is manned by Nice and Efficient people who deserve kudos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this is not the best BSNL office in India, this should be one of the best in Bangalore. The office space is limited, which is a blessing in disguise. You will be attended to very quickly. Average wait time is 3 minutes and average solving time is 5 minutes. Unlike other BSNL offices, staff will not show any disinterestedness towards the customer. The staff behave with each other very cordially as well, just like a family, which is pleasing for the customers... For complex services, you may have to visit a larger center such as Vijayanagar, which is the next bigger centre that is close to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Govt offices are very well proven for their inefficient way of working, this is the reason why BSNL Failed, it is not because of their technical capabilities, it is because of in efficient and un productive employees.
See how vodafone, airtel, jio does their services, don't think that people are like you experienced 15 years ago.
