★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The do not provide new sim. You have to go to another bsnl office for this purpose. The office is also looks like closed from outside. But you can go from back door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review for this doesn't make sense..its a telephone exchange . So for customer any sort of service to avail..they should not be going to this place but they should visit BSNL customer service center near gottigere or btm layout or Jayanagar.. you call the number for information..they will give you the status update or request for quick service. For any complaints need to go through customer service centers!! But again end of the day it's govt managed .so have patience ( your chosen option)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i Visited for fresh connection to Begur office, without seeing the site they are refused to give the connection and they had given line man numbers, i called 3-4 line mans also they are telling its not my area.. then who will allot the area god knows and as Govt of India servants only refusing like this in the heart of the city area means how BSNL will alive in the future..
