★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual Govt. Services...you will not get the Services or Details what your looking for...This should be transfer to private hands to survive of BSNL. Bought a sim from guy selling Outside and charging extra 200 for activation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service, I have booked broadband FTTH connection but during registration they are asking 150 as commission and for during installing they are asking 1000 as commission. I have book 1277 plan (100 MB per second ) and I have paid security deposit also. Finally I got connections with Max speed of 1 MB per second.
TOTAL AMOUNT I SPEND
1. security deposit = 1277/-
2. Booking person commission = 150/-
3. Wire man commission = 1000/-
Totally paid = 2427/-
Everything done on January 1 2019
Got connection on January 26th 2019
They billed from January 1 to 31 as Rs.1550/-
Max speed 1 MB per second.
Please don't go with BSNL full of commission worst service . For this amount other ISP like Airtel, Act giving best speed with free router. Installation with in 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telephone exchange in Electronics City 1, not Customer Service Centre. Old, unnoticed, desolate building, almost no staff available. 3rd party vendor sells BSNL SIM cards outside and accepts new or porting applications for cash. A week after paying, the application is not processed and you are asked to run in circles from this place to Bommasandra, then Head Office and back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing happening here. They should simply quit the business. They are good only to provide addreess proof than telecom services. Hopeless org with useless people as servicemen on field. Lazy to the core.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need middlemen to buy or exchange sim. Worst office i have ever seen. First of all there are 1 or 2 staffs all the day and they also directly tell us to buy from a third party vendor who has a small outlet. Third party vendor is alao not well behaved and has no punctuality. If you want buy a sim just go to the nearby bommasandra bsnl office which i have heard provides decent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having done my best to get BSNL mobile net work in Bengaluru I am forced to write this post. Most of the relevant contact numbers given on net are wrong. How to get the net work is a great puzzle in BSNL services. I refuse to accept the view that the inefficiency or reluctance of BSNL is a deliberate attempt to blame Modi
Govt. No number is available to lodge complaint. Are the problems created by antinational elements ? Will some salaried man or woman look into this wild allegation and correct the contact numbers and indoctrinate the concerned public servants to amend their traits?I had charged for the whole year. Will BSNL refund my money if they cant provide services?
