★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience here. I would highly recommend to visit Jayanagar telephone office. No customer service at all. Most of the times internet will be down. Rite behaviour from the staff.

Staffs are decent and humble. As it is government official you can't expect them to be on time and getting works done on time.
They provide all the services including broadband and telephone and mobile networks.
They even don the finger print scanning for the KYC for BSNL users

easy to access
visited this location-based on the information shared with me by a friend as i need some information regarding BSNL's service
services offered by them are many
pricing seems to be ok but not sure of the final product
have not used their service yet as the location was closed
not sure will be able to recommend to others till I use their services
hence 3 stars (neutral)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad services, from the past 2 months my phone was not working. I complainted 4 times , 4 times ticket raised and without resolve that problem closed those tickets. Now i am in a position to remove that conbection and go for other services.
