★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad. They offer Esim only for POSTPAID. and the minimun postpaid charge is 399+taxes(around 100) with 40GB data which is a loss for customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Astonished that the staff here refused to accept my Aadhar Card as ID proof. They will make all lame excuses so that customer isn't able to downgrade from post paid to prepaid. RTO, Passport office, hospitals have accepted my Aadhar Card as legitimate ID proof, but Vi is an institution above these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience, the interiors and the queue management are very good. However, the attitude of the staff member will depend on the type of your request. If it is for a new connection or MNP, they will treat you as God(referring to the statement- customer is God) but if you are an existing customer and come for making a complaint or for moving to Prepaid from postpaid or move of Vodafone altogether, be ready to get all kinds of hatred, yelling and rude behaviour.
Visited this particular store twice on different occasions and was absolutely baffled with the way I was treated each time.
Since there is no photography allowed inside the store, I could only click a couple from the outside. Not sure why photography is allowed inside the store - hopefully for a good reason.

Parking - adequate for both 2&4 wheelers
Queue management

Payment is at a different counter and you need to make rounds separately
Number of seats for people waiting
Staff members are always under the impression that they are doing us a favour not the other way round so be precise to your work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service. Only once I had been there. After entering I got my token number and they told me to sit for some time. After that they called me and resolved my issue. People are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I don’t really appreciate the overall customer service experience of VI. But these particular VI store has been outstanding. They have always delivered the results I wanted and I can truly trust each representative over there. The store is though not in a convenient location. Would’ve preferred it in a more mainstream location. But it gets the work done. During the pandemic they have followed pretty standard safety protocols and I absolutely appreciate that as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14/02/21 - I have visited this store and submitted Driving License as proof for address change.
I was informed that it will take 3 working days to complete and the new address will be reflected on my bill which will generate on 20th of the month.
21/02/21 - Address change didn't happen on the new bill
22/02/21 - I got the below SMS which clearly indicates that my request was submitted on 22nd only after a week of visiting the store
Hello! Your Address Change related request dated 22-Feb-2022 07:31:48 PM with reference number C004-128687209974 is registered. Your request will be processed by 25-Feb-2022 06:00:00 PM.

Is Driving License not a valid document??
You folks unnecessarily wasted my time. I have been using Vodafone from 2005 and this incident made me to look for MNP.
Final Conclusion - Visit the store atleast once. Most likely, you may opt for MNP and you won't get another chance to visit this place again
