★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and quality of product. They will give you the gearuntee and inform you the pros of the product. But once you buy it, they will change there behaviour. No gearuntee, no exchange, no refund.
I had an experiance with many of my colleague. We have purchased iron coat and mattress. It broke As soon as we sat on the bed,we called them in next 15min after delivery But they told that they are busy and will exchange in few hours. But they never come. Every time we called, they gave some excuses.
We went to the shop, they refused to exchange the bed and told that there was no gearuntee on this product, you should have check the product in front of delivery guy.
Later on i get to know that similar thing has happend with many of my friends and colleagues. When we go to them for exchange of product which is still in gearuntee, they will tell you to contect the person who was present at the shop while purchase, others will not take any responsibility for your product.
