★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a hero sprint traveller(hybrid) for myself and hero sprint whistle for my son. Its a recommended store if you are from whitefield. Other stores dont have stock of what you may be looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this shop to enquire about geared cycle, front and rear disk brake. They have wide variety of cycle including kids. The non geared cycle starts from base price of around 5k. 7 Geared cycle at around 10k. 21 geared alloy frame, 18inch frame and 29inch tyre costs around 16200. 21 geared 18inch frame, 29 inch tyre with aluminium frame costs around 25700. They attended well. They provide free bell, bottle holder and mudguard.

The store owner is well aware of cycles and he can suggest you the best for your need. Im using
Octane Gyrfalcon for 31K as he suggested for my rough roads and longer rides.Im compleatly satisfied with his suggestion.
After completing 400+ kms I got minute bottom bracket shake and taken to the store for repair. To remove crank and used crank remover and hammered it and cross threaded and damaged it. After many attempt he failed to remove and again using hammer given two taps on crank and said it is fine. I don't know with out tightening bottom bracket, how it is fine. And I still have the issue after the moment he repaired.
Hope they needed to get more skill and get a proper tool to work on it. For even tightening why he use hammer on wrench.. so sad seeing working on my cycle.
Please buy a torque wrench and keep hammer away from the mechanic.
I recommend the store is good to buy cycle but not to repair.
Considering the service only I payed extra 2.5 k for which this cycle was available for 28.5 K in CMB online.
Not even taking 1st free service anymore.
Poor service.

- Reluctant to show cycles of various price range.
- Made fun between themselves of my willingness to look for high price range cycles. (May be because I was dressed in pyjamas and maybe didn't look like a guy who could afford one) I understood it because I speak the same native language.
- Argued with me for more than 20 mins that his way of selectively showing cycle was justified and as a customer I should stick to his experience and not randomly pick cycles that I might wanna know abt.
He wanted to make me feel if I am not going to buy a particular price range why look for it, but often decisions are based on spot by the look and feel of a particular thing and price range takes a back seat.
Overall it was a horrible experience. I recommend if u are going to this shop directly talk to the owner he will explain u better.
