★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service,Purchased a cycle for my kid from this shop 2 week back and the problem started from same day..had to visit multiple time for fixing those but still not fully sure.I will not suggest this shop for sure if you are looking for a hassle free experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner know how to do business and maintains a good relations with customer. He is not like many others. The staffs may be a little tricky to talk but compared to the neighbouring cycle shop, I would prefer RMS always. After a bitter experience with Jasmine enetrprises who is only money minded, I had a good experience with RMS. The owner of RMS wont charge you again if something is wrong in their service and will service to your satisfaction. Overall RMS is the only best shop for your cycles in the radius of 5-10 kms I am aware of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for service. Very poor service, high price. He charged me 2000 for service and gear wires and wheel alignment.. wheels are still not aligned and gears still have problem. Felt cheated.

When we rise the concern sevice no response waited for 10days still no response . when we went directly and fight with them still no response. He asking us to tighten ourselves. No value for the money. I never suggest anyone to buy there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is really affordable if you want to get your favourite gear cycle repaired or serviced. The mechanics are skilled and will always recommend the best and cheapest solution to your bicycle issues. I found this place much better than going to Firefox bike service center.

Had to go contact Avon company and go to their service center 30kms away to get it fixed.
Not worth the effort or price.
The owner is good and has good relations with customers. Servicing is free if you buy from here.
