★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably this would be the best Cycle store in the locality that i could suggest.. They have an amazing collection of bikes for various age group and sizes which makes them outstanding among others. For me the most comfortable part was the dealings i've experienced form the staff, especially Mr.Georgy, who is very pleasant in his approach and his patience in addressing our queries is just lovable.. after my first purchase for my son, i just went again for a window shopping but finally landed up in buying one 29'' inch bike with these guys and am happy with that..

I went there with my friend to buy 2 cycles for ourselves however salesmen were interested in one family only and 2 salesmen were showing cycles to that family. After asking 3 salesmen One of them showed us cycles for 5 mins and went back to same family again. We waited for sometime there in a hope that someone will come and explain us the features along with price and then we left to other store in marathalli.

Georgy was the employee and unfortunately his last day at work. I connected great with him. He guided me step by step and it was informative.
My cycle was delivered home in an hour. I never saw the cycle, al I did was research and got clarity on comparison from him. He whatsapped me the cycle and offered accessories.
Now I’m cycling. BOOM! I wish him the best of luck. They offer better discounts better than CMB. Only drawback is no service at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to purchase a cycle for my daughter; but ended up buying one more for my son as well.
They have good collections of cycle; however during the rush hours you might not be able to test-drive it.
Prices are at the higher end; but the quality seems to be worth it.
It's been 2 months and both the cycles are going strong so far.
However, the bells on both the cycles stopped working.
We have been told to come in 100 days from purchase date, to do a service. Hopefully, they will fix all the issues without additional charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety of brands, good set of choices, and friendly staff. They do have cycle service as well
However less room to ride cycle before buying. The cycles are not generally delivered, but on some exceptions (like close by locations) they send cycle in auto for a nominal delivery charge of ₹250.
The warranty for hero frames is 2 years. Adult base model starts from 10k approx which is without gear. With gear, it's around 18k starting range for good ones.
