★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place :) Can't point out exactly, but you tend to feel something genuine about the place - They tell you directly what is possible and what is not. My suggestion is that if you think you have a complication and want to directly consult with Dr. Reema, mention that while taking the appointment itself. If not the usual protocol is that you would be consulted by the duty doctor first unless she is available during that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best.. What more can I say about Dr. Reema? Ever since we first visited her clinic back in 2015, all my family members have been consulting Dr. Reema only although her clinic is a bit far from my home. Dr. Reema is very systematic in her approach, especially she is so gentle and caring with kids. I would like to highlight one particular incident here. Few days back, my daughter started crying at night as her tooth was shaking badly and was almost coming out. It was a simple thing for me to extract it myself, but my daughter was too scared and was not allowing anyone to go near her. It was 10.00 PM already. I hesitantly called up Doctor Reema to check if she can help somehow. To my surprise, Dr. Reema was willing to open the clinic at this hour just to attend this minor case. When we reached the clinic around 10.30, she had come along with her toddler daughter to attend my daughter's case. Such is the commitment and care that she shows towards her patients. Hats off, Dr. Reema..! Keep rocking :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Orchid Dental 3 years ago in August for broken teeth and they did root canal and fixed the crown.
1. First thing root canal was not done properly.
2. Crown was fixed on the broken teeth without any core build up. I came to know about this now as the crown came off multiple times and this time could not be fixed. I have to spend additional Rs.10000 now for core build up and new crown.
It is surprising how the Doctor is working and are they not aware of core build up if you go with broken teeth ?

The way of treatment and attitude of doctor is best. Doc knows what and which treatment required for their patient. I m in treatment for RCT and is quite good to have painless feeling. Glad to get good dental clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked appointment for my wife with Dr Reema Mathew but her assistant attended instead. Assistant not only cleaned my wife's teeth, she washed face, hair also. She charged 1K for all services. Unless you are looking for all the above mentioned services, don't even think of going there. One of the patients scolded doctor and left without payment.

Went for Filling and front teeth restoration. Extremely pleased with her treatment. Starting from explaining details till the post procedure guidance... she was very patient in explaining the details. Until she is pleased with the procedure she is not going to let you go (so prepare yourself to spare extra time) :-)
