It’s tough job to get a new connection installed and once installed if you need any assistance for connection issue or transfer you are in a fix. After cancellation of connection they never refund your deposit

They never entertain you, like other govt offices they make you roam around.
Raju is the person who takes care of Internet problems (he is the only gentlemen, service oriented personality in this office)
Good employees get transferred from here very fast.
AGM doesn't entertain any complaints, she says what shall I do if I have such employees? (how pathetic)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time, landline phone becomes dead & if we give complaint, they will attend after 10 days. It becomes dead again after rectified the problem. BSNL officials are interested to collect monthly bill only. Because they are surviving on our bill amount only.
