So early morning around 8am my husband was given a token no 7. And they asked us to comeback.
Around 11.30 when we reached there and the lady who was at the seat taking photos and updating the system she gave a form to be filled and my husband who was in the queue wanted a pen so he just moved little front to collect the pen from the lady seeing this the other ladystaff hope she was head there misunderstood and she started misbehaving to us. She told i will stop this service as though it was her dad's centre.
We got literally missed off.we asked her who are you to stop this service.
When govt opens up such centres why don't they train then some common sense soft skills.
This is really pathetic to see such kind of a behaviour from the staffs who work for bangalore one.
First and foremost you are being appointed for public service and you in turn misbehave and act as though it's our property.
I do not know her name. However I request the necessary team to take action against there misbehave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted change the phone number for Aadhar card hence visited this centre at morning 8am but they told me to visit the other Bangalore one centre which is located in NR colony, I am giving 3star because they have not put up anywhere about the services that are available.
People have to wait in queue for all the enquiry it would be great if they put up some bulletins regarding the services available there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving them 1 star because i cannot go any lower than this. The staff is very rude. There closing time is 7pm but they close it at 6pm only. They act as if it's their house and they rule. They don't have the common sense and the required skills to work there. Any time you go, there is one problem or another. I had very bad experiences there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow process if u submit one request it I'll take 1month to resolve some staffs behavior not good example if you ask document submition they saying don't ask here and don't come, RI always in holidays if ask they come one Tuesday I come Tuesday again come on Saturday again come on Monday this is what happening here why am giving singel star 2stafs they have gud helping nature and work also very nice
