★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They don't respond well!.No proper info is given!. Very rude behaviour. No timings sense! I request to appoint good faculties. One of the worst center. The lady was not educated and she don't know how to talk with customers. So please appoint well and qualified persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay am writing this review for people who are looking forward for phone number updation / Address updation/ name correction etc related to Aadhar
1. The process starts with having a token which will be distributed only 30 in number per day for which you have to go to Bangalore one early morning around 8:30 and wait in the queue, tokens will be issued at 9am.
2.Once you get the token you have go to another govt office nearby the Bangalore one where the biometry process will be done.
Please note however early you go your issue will be resolved as per token number order which is irritating.
3. Carry original documents which will be used for scanning process to attach the documents
4. You will be charged 50rs for same

Even though the service was not the best I can say that the women employee (Hemalatha) had lot of patience compared to other govt office people am happy that at least she wasn't rude, process was taking lot of time due to slow internet server for which she can't be blamed
Worst part is I had to spend whole day on this.. It won't be done in minutes so you guys need to have patience for 3 to 4hrs at least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff.. they don't even have the courtesy of asking the concern. The man there has no manners at all.. we went there to update aadhar for my 78 yo father in law.. we wanted to ask the process.. he rudely pushed me out and asked to get out.. it is lunch time.. even after saying we were just there to enquire, he had no patience to answer. Addressed us without respect... Very disappointed with their behavior... Being in the service industry their manners and behaviour needs to be proper .. Request the concerned BBMP authorites to take proper action and also to train the staff to behave properly...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who handles Aadhar card sect is full of attitude. Gives strange look to people who stand in the queue in front of her . Keeps yelling at children who come for enrollment, she need to learn to greet people and have some patience.
Very rude behavior and no proper details given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wanted to give 1 star but giving 2nd star only for the lady who is at PayTM counter.. The lady who updates aadhar has lot of attitude and needs to understand how to treat customers. I understand that it is a monotonous job, but the whole aadhar update process felt bitter because of this one lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for aadhar updating. The officer here provides a token number and people follow discipline. Lot of waiting space outside and no one breaks the queue. Overall well managed place for a public office with such heavy customers.
