β β β β β Hopeless place ... Especially the lady sitting there.. hopeless and rediculous. Very rude treat ppl as their servant and favourism to locals... Standin queue at 6am to get token at 9am, then come again at 11 to get the work done and then she will call random as ler her choice, then what's the point of token.. such ppl have made govt work soo terrible and thus corruption everywhere.. i wish someone sack them and make them realise that they are servant and their salaries come from our taxes ...

β β β β β Worst staff there is no need to put them in office keep them outside so good quality people can come and do needful work to the people
Since a week Iam regularly going there to pay the Bbmp fee always they say no network simply they are enjoying for nothing and not doing for what they are paying!! Need a justice at least !! They are not even respond customers and always busy with mobile phone in talking
Worst if they have any word to replace this plz add

β β β β β Very bad handling Aadhar , only 45 nos entertained every day. People stand in Q from morning 5am. Still so many people return without enrolment. Need to contact concern officer and explain about the situation.

The people there dont care about the customers and the executives for certain jobs arent there at all most of the time, they dont care about the appointments we take for bus passes from website of bmtc and just telll you to go away and come on weekends. Very bad service i recommend you not to go here and go to someother bangalore one.
