★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is bad.Last year I did my life certificate in this branch without any problem.Initially there was no provision for biometric but assured to get it and gave me date for providing life certificate.And was done.This year facility is not there.
When it can be done here why not this time.
No convincing answer.Told me to go to P F office.I am senior citizen difficult move place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with Service of this Branch.
I had to visit Branch dozen times, to get my internet bank id re-activated. Till date they are unable to link deposits all deposits to Net banking id. To know the fate of Deposit, I have to personally visit Branch and obtain statement. They are unable to add email to Internet Banking.
There is no one who can update the status of refund of fraudulent transactions, even after 2 months. There is only one landline and I have to dial continuously till someone picks up for knowing progress on pending issues, if I am lucky enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Bank employees constantly nagging for one reason or the other. They don’t want to inform customers about the features of the bank products. They assume that we should know everything. They don’t pick up calls, they don’t respond to emails. They expect you to come to the branch for every little thing. Every process is slow here. Reminds me of banking 20 years ago! Wake up SBI.
