★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff. We went there to get our marriage certificate done, but had faced a lot of trouble. They just dont care to make you wait for hours. They start working when you flash a note in front of them. Such people spoil the name of government employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual pathetic government office. Nothing works here without bribe. Property registration and marriage registration done here. Post covid, challan has to be created/ generated only and only then you can commence the registration here. Beware of agents, they will get the work done in a haphazard manner and later you might have to rectify again as they are not legally proficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office of sub registrar for all types of registrations majorly property registration of Kengeri, Raja rajeshwari nagar, Nagarabhavi, Mysore road side properties. It seems to be situated in the rented building. About 2km from Rajarajwshari nagar arch junction and metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a crowded place situated on the 2 nd floor on the busy road. All work connected with registration of property marriage will etc., Is done here. Congested place. Parking on the road. Wheelchair access is not available. Lift services are there. Public toilet is there but needs to be kept neat and clean. Covid19 protocol not followed strictly !! Only cash payment for petty services is taken. All payments towards stamp duty etc., Has to be paid online only and that too online banking. Credit cards not acceptable including NEFT RTGS DD and cheques.
Seating arrangements are made. Drinking water facilities to be arranged for. It takes time to get the registered documents with the procedure involved. Too many agents are there who definitely help in getting things done but they will have to be paid commission.
Lift accomodates 4 persons at a time. To climb stairs it's tough as they are too narrow. The name of the board is put on top of the building and is a small one. It's situated along with other establishments. Few fans are there. Proper ventilation and lighting is not there. Many boards are displayed for the convenience of the people on Kannada language.
