★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happen to visit this store yesterday (3rd Feb 2021) at 8.30pm. Attitude of the Franchise owner was very unfriendly and arrogant. Customer are bound to ask questions as they think Brand store sells quality and season fit fabrics/apparels. Its more so when they sell products at premium at MRP. Even the fabric has shelf life. whats is wrong to clarify to customer than picking fights as if business ends forever. Really shocked by the attitude... and saying... I'm the owner and everything stops at me. Surprisingly he educated me saying "Shops and Establishment Acts" does n't allow any customer to take pictures of dress material and tags. Law was more so.. the show rooms fixing secret cameras in dressing rooms. Anyway all the best for them and their innocent customers. By very disheartened customer
