★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't recommend to go for BSNL service, unless you have no other option. One of the worst PSU office, simply waste of space. Even godowns are maintained in better condition. Staff doesn't follow office timings and pretty reluctant to help. Even buying new mobile sim takes ages. No one knows what is happening within their systems and it's always down. Customer care and branches have no syncs, and they will always give contradictory suggestions. Giving one star, coz can't give it in minus.
