★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the office and raised written request for discconnection of braodaband but after I got repeated bill therafter as well. When I visited them again I came to know broadband was not disconnected and it was terminated due to non payment of dues. After 3 months it was deducted from security amount and I had to visit other office in sector 44 for refund of balance security amount.
Lalit Choudhary who is responsible for bill payment is an idiot. He lacks speaking manners and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's difficult to get bureaucracy and red tapism out once it gets into the DNA of an organization. We got new connection within a week of application (Good), plans are expensive, they don't provide speed above 3.x MBPS in this area (Fact). Haven't got my refund since Dec 2016 (Bad), no one answers call or entertains follow ups (Pathetic)
