★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor company and employees. I applied broadband connection (non-fibre) and they entered fibre connection request in their records. They assured me that fibre will be good and they are installing fibre cable in my area Dhekaha and within a week it will be done. After chasing them for 15 days, I finally lost patience and asked them to switch me over to normal broadband connection only. They told me it will be done within 1-2 days. Now, again after chasing them for 13 days, I today finally went to there office and submitted the request to refund my deposit amount. They wasted my 28 days without doing anything. This company should shutdown or take over by a private player so that the employees can start working instead of getting free salary.
