★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience on may 28,2020. I was in line for 30 minutes straight. In this corona times there was no responsibility by store. After 30 mins they told me that service I require is not available. There was no list put outside store nor was any executive responsible. I had a very bad experience with Vodafone idea executive Vishwas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store staff doesn't know what document is required for duplicate sim. After 2 days request rejected. And asking me for aadhar copy after 2 days.
Why they are not asking at first time visit to store even though I asked her to give copy they said not required.
Wastage of time,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is very rude, doesn't know the policies and blame others for their incompetence. The manager does not know how to behave with customers, but manages to have the attitude to talk to you very unprofessionally. They dragged my case of simple MNP conversion for over two months. Gurukul store did that in a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manages is Misbehaving with customer and also with me and I experienced very bad due to staff and specially manager if you can't support to customer you can't talk rudely with customer because you are giving service, no gali galoch.. Also Gujarat Customer support team employees Is very bad service and such of staff can't give good service it will be no longer due to bad service
