★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services. They shutdown the service without any intimation. When I asked them they told me that the contract with the building owner has expired where they have put hub to extend services. They told that the isues will be resolved with in 7 days but even after 15 days they were not able to resolve the issue. Then they offered refund on the remaining service so I have provided my bank details to then. Still after 15 days I have not received any refund and they do not pickup calls.
Even after 4 months I haven't received refund as promised by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patgetic. Please don't go with them. We had an office at Titanium Square and paid Rs. 10,000 for a year's worth of service (100 Mbps). We moved the ofc to C G Road in January 2022, and when we requested them to transfer the connection from Titenium Square, they stated they couldn't transfer or reimburse. Fraudsters.
