★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.The response from booking department of Nissan magnite was very poor. Seemed that they could not manage the unexpected response to new magnite. It was chaotic
2. During booking, I gave booking amount by cheque and necessary id proof. I specifically told the booking person that I want car on my birthday in first week of February. I was assured that I will get delivery by Jan end of first week of Feb.
3. Till end of January there was no response from them. I used to call and find about delivery date.
They could not tell and said it will take longer.
I requested a test drive and I was not satisfied with test drive. They did not bother to take my feed back there and then. I told them I may cancel new magnite due to two reasons first test drive and second not being able by then to deliver car in time.
4. Now when requested for refund of booking amount, even after one week time, they are unable to process the refund.
5. National helpline if you call, company executive don't pick up phone for complain. They will surely pick up for me booking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to book the Nissan Magnite in December. A sales representative named Mr. Satish Aacharya attended us. I asked him about the expected delivery date and he told us that the car will be delivered in February. I told him I am willing to book the car right now only if you can get me the car in February as I will be leaving Gujarat permanently in March. He promised me that no matter what happens, I will get a guaranteed delivery in February. I confirmed it twice as it will be very problematic for me if I don't get it in February.
Sometime in January, I got a mail from Nissan that mentioned my delivery date as April 21. So I called Mr. Aacharya and he told me to trust him and rest assured that I will get my car in February.
Fast forward to today i.e., 24th February. I've been calling Mr. Aacharya twice every week since a month and every time he told me the same story that the car will be allocated in 3-4 days. So I call his manager, Mr. Piyush Soni today and he told me that the waiting period of my car according to my booking date was 13-14 weeks and there is no way the car would have been delivered to me in February. So I confronted Mr. Aacharya and he tells me that if company tells me that the waiting period is 15 weeks, I would even tell a customer 15 days and that is how we do business here. Do whatever you want.
These people have no honesty, no consideration for the client's needs and absolutely no shame. I'm stuck with them because I have already paid the booking amount but if I had a chance to reverse that, I definitely would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever purchase datsun or nissan because you will never get a resolution infact you will get probelms by their side....too many issues with the workshop.
1. No proper service (they'll just wash and give it back)
2. No resolution
3. Money oriented
4. Vehicle quality is almost zero.
5. Sales and insurance department is also zero.
Specially the pure cars ahmedabad is worst for your service....NEVER EVER CHOOSE DATSUN OR NISSAN.....

No doubt Nissan cars are improving now a days but Nissan have to look their coustomer service also. Please improve it... NAHI TO INDIAN CAR MARKET ME BACHI KUCHI IJJAT BHI LUT JAYGI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 15 days Nissan Magnite xv executive car I have purchased from Thaltej pure nisaan and they told me that 3 parts are missing, 1-parking camera , 2- "9 inch" Display and 3- Trunk mat which will come in 15 days. It's 16th day today. And they keep telling when it will come , we will call you. And no information on when it will come.
