★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nano Sim cards not available. Some employees behave very irresponsible and they feel that they are providing service for us free of cost. Unnecessary our time waste by visiting here. Private telecom operates providing better services compared to BSNL.

It is a worst experience visited in bsnl chirala today to request for my duplicate sim
As customer care executive madame told not able to reissue the sim as it belongs to chennai number, i request and explain executive for this I am unable to visit chennai as my work location is in chirala, my question what is the purpose of bsnl were we can change sim anywhere in India so for this I can't visit chennai .even though I showed my original copies to the customer service but simply told go to chennai and changed, I am writing this as my review and experience
So i decided and plan to buy new private operator sim which is better .is there any option or alternative to change duplicate sim to avail it .plz share and guide on reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sim is available for free , they will charge 108₹ for first recharge , office building is huge , but staff is insufficient , some times only they will be available , overall experience was nice !!!
