I purchased for 6000 but i spent for the repair 10000 and above within a 8 month so product is very bad here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased btali 5hp car washer with in one week motor stopped working and spoken to head office for repair and he told to send the video what exactly it's happening we have sent but they don't even have courtesy to call back almost one week no one called .This is not correct while selling distributor said this is international product and nothing to worry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy machines from btali or anyone else or their dustibutors, I have 1800 hpw 3 horse power machine bought in 26k within one month machine got stuck they had taken 35 days to repair it, but story doesn't end here there was still problem even l had paid all transportation expenses the machine still had problem, Talib and son says its not for commercial use and sellers sells it saying commercial washer. I still facing problem with the parts which they are unable to deliver. My business is suffering a lot stay away with these products.
I have to give zero rating but here you can't comment.
