It's one leg is cut off and it's head is injured and it's skin is getting rotten . i think that poor dog is in very bad shape and is in heavy pain. There was a very injured and weak cow near my house. I called repeatedly but they just said that 'We will see... Wait'
And they never arrived.
It's as if they are apathetic to my concern and animal life...
Not just this animal shelter, all the others that I contacted were NON-RESPONSIVE too.
It hurts to know that there isn't a single... not even one... properly working animal helpline or emergency service in Patna
