★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my experience,this hospital is one of the best place in ranchi where you can get best treatment ever. The fees are very less as compared to other place, while the hospital is equipped with advanced technical support. Place is also hygienic. Nothing to say about doctors, they are the best doctor i have ever consulted .definately insist everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very poor experience with Dr. Susheel Kumar at this place. His conduct was highly unprofessional and the information provided by him on a PCNL surgery was also inaccurate. He wasted some precious time of ours by initially agreeing to operate at a bigger hospital in the town and then throwing tantrums for the same which made us call off the operation. Came across as a very money minded person. The place is very basic in terms of infrastructure and not very hygienic either. Would not recommend anyone to visit this place at all unless it's due to financial reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr susheel kumar is worst doctor which i ever seen in my life. He continue misbehaved with patient and their relatives. He is not take responsibility after surgery. I meet him after grandfather laser surgery and he is not take any responsibility of him. He said- Mai hi ek doctor thode na hun, yaha hazaron doctor h, kahi or se checkup karwalo. I never want to meet him again. Please avoid as you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor (bad) behaviour (Marij ke sath bat krne ka tarika thik nhi h) to patient and nothing to say anything about Disease. My personal experience is that I've problem in bleeding through urinary, ultrasound report is normal but he said, you have to do immediately operation. I ask to him why operation? But he said only, TUM OPERATION NHI KRWAWOGE TO JA SKTE HO PR RASTE SE WAPS LOUT KR AWOGE........
Lastly we take some medicine from Dr. Prem Kumar and well.

My personal experience.
One more instance I would like to highlight is that my grandma has recently gone through an opertaion with her Smart Card and she was compeled to pay an amount which she was not suppose to. Upon all this they took a signature on a paper which stated that the treatment was availed free of cost at the hospital which was not the case. We were forced to do that when my grandma was in the OT
