★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Committed and didnt come on the day of shifting. Came after 2 days post repeated follow-up. At middle of night, they harassed my senior citizen parents to empty the boxes or pay. When asked to empty the cartons, their labours weren't interested as there wasn't any electricity. Post that they called me at middle of the night and spoke extremely rudely, threatened and harrased. My fault was i paid 100% and work was still pending. Biggest mistake of hiring them. Won't suggest anyone for hiring them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very haphazard with their work.... Just bundle up everything into boxes with no sort of proper arrangement. During transportation a glass table top was broken and despite being told initially that if any item breaks then the company will compensate, nothing was done... They expected us to empty over 30 boxes on the same day so that they could take ot back. When we kept back a part of the payment as compensation for the damage, the workers as well as the person incharge turned hostile and started shouting and haggled us to pay the remainder amount. All in all... Very unprofessional. Bad experience.... Would not recommend to anyone

It was difficult to know or decide a good packers & movers service because there are plenty available in this business. After some research and checking the online review I went ahead with Budget Logistics And Packers and I must say the experience I had was really nice. They came to my place and had a look into my premises and quoted a competitive price.
They sent 4 experienced person for the entire shifting by morning 8 AM (as per the promised time). The loading was completed for all the furnished items for my 2 bhk flats by 10:30 am. The packaging was very nicely done (for all our house hold items as well as for my bikes and two scooty ). Our shipment arrived at the destination location (Cuttack, Odisha) in time and there was no damages to any items on unpacking them.
I would highly recommend Budget Logistics And Packers to someone who is really looking for a great experience & service for their house shifting.
