★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware....this company....most frod company.....most frod person in this company....so i request you...who shifting his all things....pl.... careful....many more good company in Bangalore....but don't go...ikon packer & movers.... west of money...west of time....my big mistake...i given to oderd...but pl pl be careful....my 3 most things is broken during.... shifting...they... people...not given me insurance also....so pl...very big frod company...beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is very shady and manipulative with their pricing. During the enquiry process they quote reasonably based on market prices and include packaging, loading, unloading and transportation charges in the quote.
Pricing Fraud: Once they arrive and complete the packaging and start loading they will reveal hidden charges (Docket Charge and one other item). They will collect 18% GST and 3% insurance which is standard in Industry but they will not issue a GST compliant bill or insurance papers. Clearly they are pocketing the tax and insurance amount fraudulently.The packaging staff then demands a hefty tip at both loading and unloading points.
Packaging Items:
They did a decent job packing items and did not spare materials to secure fragile breakable pieces. But you have to be there inspecting how they do it and direct them all the time. They messed up by mixing random objects without any thought in boxes like Rat poison, Hit Spray was packed with rice and wheat!!
I am ready to forgive the understandable mistakes with packaging, but the billing fraud is a little too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their services for moving my 1bhk flat stuff from Bengaluru to Maharashtra. It took 4 days for my stuff to be delivered. Packing quality was good. We however faced hidden charges in form of 18% GST and 3% insurance. Wish they had clarified these things in advance. Overall, I'd say they did a decent job.

All items were packaged with good material and there was not a dent on the electrical appliances or on my RR 310 bike. However, do check for hidden costs before booking them. Overall, I am happy with the transportation and their service.

But these guys made it super easy in an affordable price.
There packaging was top notch and delivery was super quick.
I will definitely take there service again and recommend to others.
