★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a VW Polo Petrol Version from Budget Cars, Pimple Saudagar branch in Feb 2020. It’s been 8 months and we are more than happy with the performance of the vehicle.
I and my wife had been searching for a best and genuine place to buy a pre-owned car. We explored many places and later my colleague referred me here.
Since this was our first car, we were not much aware of things other than general terms like Kms run, model year, petrol/diesel and mileage. Thanks to Mr Nitin who is the co-founder of Budget Cars with vast overseas experience especially in pre-owned cars for the eye-opener. The type of checks that are performed on a pre-owned car to ensure safety, quality and minute critical things that need to be considered before buying a pre-owned car have been explained in detail. We were completely unaware of all these things earlier and not disclosed by other sellers. This was very helpful for us in making an immediate decision.
The process of purchase also went very systematic and the vehicle transfer and RC was also taken care by them. I found the prices to be very competitive in market and the best part is that the car came with a warranty as well.
Their team is very supportive and well-mannered. I had been several times here after buying my car for any small doubts but I was attended and supported very patiently. I would like to thank Vanessa for the wonderful support I got last month ensuring delivery of my car late night at my residence after service on urgent basis.
More of a business, I found them to be very customer-centric in terms of approach. I also found the vehicle service to be more transparent and cost-effective. They also called me voluntarily to update about status of my car during service regularly and also promptly inform in case of delay. Thanks Nagesh.
The RC took more than 45 days to reach me but this was due to pandemic or else everything was fine. Thanks to Vivian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to buy preowned cars. I recently purchased car, its in very well condition. While delivering car they make sure there is no work left to be done. I really appreciate their service and i must say i am very well satisfied with car and their service. I have visited their office at Pimple saudagar. I have even visited their website. They had given enough time , clarified my all queries. Big Thanks to Navin and Nitin Sir , Vannessa and their car service staff. They have even gave nice support post buying car. They have separate team who handles car document transfer process. They call and and keep us posted with RC transfer status. Thanks to Vivian for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT IGNORE THIS REVIEW READ WHOLE I DONT WANT OTHERS TO GET INTO THIS TRAP. Sharing my experience...first time purchasing a second hand car that to from people like them...OK purchased a 2nd owner car Polo gt highline in the month of March 2021 transmission automatic passing mh 05 guess what I purchased it for 4.65 they DO LOOT ALOT OF LOOT HERE easily trick people the price they said the master of loot Mr. Navin told me it is for 5 Lakhs? because they were giving me 35k discount I purchased my bad I fell in there trap one the day of first servicing I even asked their employees one of them was Mr. Sujeet that what if I want to sell the car after 4-5 months what amount will I get he said if the owner changes 30k will be deducted if you sell the car in same condition (non-accidental, no scratches) you will get around 4.30 lakh.
Now 2nd servicing was in the month of October I informed them I want to sell my car Mr. Navin said ill inform today he is saying no one is interested in buying automatic and we also won't buy your car try selling them to local dealers or cars24 etc. The moment I called other popular dealers and told them the purchased price that is 4.65 lakhs and all they said aree baapre itne mei kyu liya aapne 1.20 lakh EXTRA KHAYA H unhone you would have buyed it for 3.30-3.50 Lakhs...... So ONE ADVICE TO ALL BUYERS TAKE TIME AFTER SELECTING A CAR FROM THEM NOTE DOWN ALL THE INFORMATION no. Of owners, kms, year of mfg and go to other branch of budgeted cars or any other like cars24 and tell them the details of your selected car ask see what price will they say YOU WILL BE AMAZED AND FEEL SAFE FROM GETTING OUT OF LOOT.

I wanted a hassle-free service and this is the reason i opted for Budget Preowned cars. The USP is they do not entertain accidental or damaged vehicles increasing the overall trust factor. If you are looking for a used car that you want to use for 5+ years, go for it. Any problems that you face after the purchase will also be looked into.
