★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with my booking. They make wagon r booking , I already rejected extended warrenty and accessories in the quotation. After 1 months of booking, they said purchase extended warrenty or cancel the booking!! Even insurance and road tax is not compulsary to buy from showroom, as per govt norms. They are forcing to buy extended warrenty... I made complaint to headoffice but no positive response so cancelled booking. They will charge you for Rs500/- for cancellation!! Not interested in maruti suzuki products here onwards...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we went, there was only one executive. Another couple came and he started handling them leaving us in between. Then the executive was only trained to clear the stock whatever they had. He was only interested to convince us to buy something which they have in stock, even after telling him that we are not interested models which he was detailing. We clearly stated him I only want xyz car. But no any improvement. Also there was no any service executive to ask water or beverages. No welcome gesture. No reception. That was quite depressive and negative experience there.
