★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best and clean place for snacks. Superb shop to get healty snacking options and really fresh supplies. Courteous owner and prompt staff to take care of you. Love this place for great snacks to munch on. Healthy and fresh snacks to stock in your home and every age group will find something for the likes. Two thumbs up. Must have stuff. If u r from pune - u cant miss this one!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it's about wafers, Budhani is the first name that comes to mind. I have been visiting the store in camp since my childhood and the customer service there is up to the mark. However, my experience with the Koregaon Park branch hasn't been good not only once, but twice.
As per the protocols the shop keepers are allowed to take orders online. A week ago, I walked up to the store the person at the counter told me to place an order online. When I asked them by which app do I need to place an order, the response I got was "tum tumhara dekh lo mujhe nai pata, we can't spoon feed everyone".
Today, second time, (although shops are not allowed to operate due to lockdown) I was passing by and thought of grabbing some wafers and there were already 2 customers inside and other 2 -3 customers approaching the shop as well. The owner, instead of requesting, started shouting and asked everyone to leave his premises.
I've decide to rather go to the stores in Camp than purchasing anything from this branch due to sheer rudeness and arrogance of the owner towards his customers.

It had a cockroach in it. When I called them they tell me they are closing the shop and asked me to come to the store anytime to take the REFUND!!! I mean really...is that how you treat your customer.....
