Would highly recommend them and we are fully satisfied as all the chemicals used by them are government vetted and safe and order less and not harmful for pets and kids too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No improvement after first service so had to repeat it after 8 days and still no effect, the guy who came to inspect and spray doesn’t speak or understand Hindi or English so there was communication issue and after second service when there was still no improvement, I contacted them but didn’t get a meaningful response, so waste of money I would say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company knows the customer's pain and rather than focusing on their commercial interest, they pay attention to how and in what ways the problem can be resolved. So far, we only got one round of cleaning done which was done meticulously paying attention to every detail. Their team members are highly trained in the job and also are very professional in their approach. The team co-operated with our set of challenges and ensured full treatment was done with utmost care. Even though it took longer than their scheduled allotted time slot as I was made aware, the team gave their full attention till the job was complete without making us feel we are overshot our timeslot.
The owner also assured she will provide us the checklist to help us post treatment measures - some do's and don't to keep the bugs hatching away.
Now, we are waiting for the next round of treatment which is the most crucial part.
Post second round which perhaps will be in 15 days, we will be fully assured of the cure to our bedbugs problem. We are quite certain, they will ensure our problem is permanently resolved by providing their best of team members and advise. All the best team!
