I enquired about the system and the representative from Bangalore had come down for the meeting the very next day. Got the remotes installed in my apartment for controlling the lights and fans. It opened my eyes to the fact that we as a country have come a long way in adopting technology in homes, given the huge number of players who are enabling people like me to embrace this technology and modernize (if I can call it that) our homes.
This quest of mine bought me to BuildTrack, which popped up as one of the search results. Like with the other results that I got, I contacted BuildTrack as well with my high-level requirement of what I wanted to get done in the house.
Right from my initial contact and connect with them to the eventual contract and installation and usage of their product at home, the experience has been very pleasant and professional.
My initial contact with BuildTrack started with Mr. Emmanuel, who come across as a very honest person. It was his honesty, knowledge in his field, his products and the confidence that he instilled in me, that kept me interested in BuildTrack.
Team BuildTrack (and Mr. Emmanuel in particular) did not hesitate to put me in touch with other real customers of theirs (on my ask), to get an honest feedback on their product and to help me make a decision to go with them. This openness, and confidence in their customer's faith in their products and service did score a brownie point in their favour.
But what eventually won me over was the look and feel of their product, the pricing, and the perceived quality of their product.
Apart from this, the quality of interaction and the quality of service has been a pleasant journey thus far.
I will also specifically call out Mr. Suresh Babu from BuildTrack technical team for being available to ensure that my home is "wired" and automated in a timely manner and for being available for providing technical support as required by me and on short notice!
While its still early days for me with their product, the products themselves have been a source of delight for me and my family. The house definitely looks a lot more modern and chic with these cool touch switches of theirs and the fact that we can control them via Alexa or their App is another super advantage.
I will strongly recommend considering BuildTrack as your home automation solution provider, if you are looking for one.
