They have vast collection of every electronic item with different manufacturing brands and also to suit every budget.
They have the collection of TV's,Mobiles,Laptops,Washing Machines,Ovens of different quality and range.They also have accessories for mobiles and laptops.
They have financing facility also.Overall a nice experience.

Staff are too much cooperative Specially Seeta Gupta Ji. She was Taking care of customer like Anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is Good with Variety of Brands, But Salesperson need to be more informative & Attentive, Be aware to take in written about delivery / Installation date and timings Or you have to make hundreds of Call for your Prepaid Orders. That is what I hate about this Mall. PRICING is Good n Negotiable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst . Bought 2 Panasonic Air Conditioner, the air conditioner isn’t working properly and when called them for services, they said the person will come in 72 hrs. It has been a week and there is no response. Shameless people. Croma and vijay sales is far better . Please don’t purchase from here. Just pathetic services. Long wait time on customer care number. I even went to the store but no use absolutely worthless . I wish I could give lesser star than 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance Digital is my second option for Electrical n Electronic / Digital purchases. The price are competitive and staff is friendly n helpful too.
Options in regards to a few requirements might be limited , compared to croma shop.
I did get a good deal on my LCD tv a few months ago with promotions.
They do have better promotion, add on gadgets with main equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is quite helpful. Bargain on price they actually give you good offers. But it its on your luck if you are lucky enough to find a good representative who is really able to give you a good deal.
The only issue was their 1st had a lot of mosquitoes and need to maintain a bit. The 3 star i have rated is for cleanliness.
