★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are getting our home constructed from Buildwell Construction after returning to India after 9 long years abroad. Upon contacting we got a quick response and a Engeener was assigned soon. We got a chance to view projects done by the Buildwell to get a good feel, had very good discussions about our requirements and only then proceeded. Given the fact that it is stage based and escrow payment based; this is probably one of very few companies and the closest to an idealistic expectation that carries low risk and high quality output.
Not knowing any local contractors and having a high expectation living abroad I can say its going really smooth and hassle free with Buildwell Construction. Lastly the team is great and very responsive and professional. I highly recommend Buildwell Construction.

I have constructed one of the houses in my native 2 years back directly with the contractor and that has been a challenging and rough experience. I wanted to construct one in Bangalore for a long time but I was hesitant until I came across Buildwell Construction. They are actually doing a great job by saving my time and keeping a constant check on the quality of my house built. Will review and rate once again after the completion of the project.
